Hotel information – what you need to know about your holiday in Saalbach Hinterglemm

You can easily open the front and back doors with your room card. Simply hold the card up to the keypad and the door will open.

Ground floor, level 0

Self-Check-In: The self-check-in terminal is located in the vestibule at the front entrance. For this you will need your reservation number, which we will send you via e-mail the day before you arrive. Should you lose your key card, you can print out a new one at the terminal.

Restaurant omii: We serve a variety-packed breakfast every day here. You are also very welcome to enjoy lunch or dinner in the restaurant. More information can be found below.

Groma: Our self-service shop can be found right next to the main entrance, where you will find drinks, cosmetics, shower slippers, books and other lovely goodies. Payment is easy via the on-screen payment option provided. As a kerii guest you can also enjoy still water and soda from the tap, free of charge. Groma is open 24/7.

The greenhouse: Our indoor garden invites you to linger all day. If Restaurant omii is not open, you can get yourself something to drink in Groma. As soon as the restaurant is open, you can order direct via the QR code on the table and enjoy personal service from my lovely staff.

Ski + Bike Room: Your room card also opens the doors to the Ski + Bike room. Incidentally, on the way there you will also find toilets – just saying... You have your own heated locker, which is numbered with your room number, and which you can open and close using your room card. We would ask you to use the side entrance via the glass doors if you have ski and bike equipment.

Rooms, levels 1 + 2

Rooms 01 to 17 are on our first floor, rooms 21 to 37 are on level 2. Additional guides for orientation can be found on each floor and in the lift.

Roof garden – Pool + sauna, level 3

Our roof garden, with Finnish sauna, relaxation room and heated 15-metre outdoor pool is open for you from 15:00 to 20:30. Your bathing robe is already provided for you in your room when you arrive. For a morning sports session, the pool is also open from 08:00 to 09:00.

You can check-in at any time via self-check-in at the hotel entrance on level 0 – to do so, you need your reservation number, which we will have sent you by e-mail the day before you arrive. Your key card is active from 15:00 on the day you arrive and enables you to access all key areas in the building.

Upon departure, simply leave the key card back in the box at the terminal. Your card will remain active until 10:00 on the day you are due to depart. Should you lose your key card, you can have a new one issued at the terminal. .

Your room has a fire alarm. When showering, please always switch on the bathroom light, otherwise the fire alarm may be triggered. The cost for emergency response from the fire brigade is 990 – which you certainly wouldn’t want to pay… what do you reckon?

There is a little broom in your room, complete with instructions for room cleaning. Hang this outside on the hook on the door by midday (12.00), and your room will be cleaned by my cleaning fairies. For stay of up to 2 nights your room will not automatically be cleaned, so you don’t need to do anything.

Ventilation not only ensures a really great room climate, it also saves energy and prevents mould formation. To do this, fully open the window for around 5 minutes and let in the fresh mountain air. After that, shut all the windows and doors again.

The table is set for breakfast for you between 08:00 and 10:00 in Restaurant omii on the ground floor. Order what you fancy. Something a little different every day, or go for the classics. You can even share, since feasting together is the best way to start the day.

Welcome to Restaurant omii in Hinterglemm. Where your table is already set and meals taste like did when you were little. A QR code for all my goodies can be found at your table. So you can browse in peace via your own mobile device, pay, and then the delicious items you select will be served.

You can also easily order your food using the QR code in your room and eat there.

There is not usually table service in Restaurant omii, as our hotel guest however we do guarantee a table when you reserve in advance. Just let us know at breakfast how many people will be dining that evening and we will keep spaces free for you.

The dress code in Restaurant omii is casual, laid-back and just easy-going. Whatever takes your fancy.

However, if you are coming in winter straight from the piste, take a bit of time to freshen up. I prefer things to be nice. And no boots or ski equipment. Wouldn’t you agree?

Are you already relaxed and chilling out in the roof-top garden and have a thirst for a cool drink, a little snack, or maybe both? Make the most of our pool service; scan the QR code and use the omii app to order whatever your heart desires.

Want to go to the sauna, but it’s still cold? You will find a speedy solution for that too in the omii app, under pool service below: ‘please switch on the sauna’. So what is there to do now? Not a thing. Lie back and wait for your wishes to be met.

In our Honesty Bar on the ground floor there are exquisite drinks available twenty-four-seven, if omii restaurant is still closed or our staff are having a day off.

Then make the most of our room service by opening the omii app via the QR-Code and ordering whatever your heart desires. A little drink to tide you over, goodies to take home – Groma (our hotelshop on the ground floor, next to self-check-in) has everything your heart yearns for. Twenty-four seven. Not just to look at, but to buy too. Incidentally, there is also a little hotplate in your room to heat up meals.

The delicious treats in omii are also available to take-away. Simply order your favourite meal via the omii app, enter your preferred collection time and we will get everything ready for you.

As cool omii I go with the times, that’s why with me you order online. So easy, direct via your smartphone. Pay by card. If you need help, or prefer to take a look at the menu, just let the staff at the bar know. We are happy to help.

You don’t need to give any thought about drinking the water throughout the hotel, even the mains water. You can also enjoy water and soda on tap in Groma, our hotel shop on the ground floor. Free of charge of course, after all, drinking water is very good for you.

Dive in, perspire and relax. Our roof-top garden on level 3 with Finnish sauna (80°C), and heated 15 metre outdoor pool is open for you from 15:00 to 20:30. Your bathing robe is already in your room for you when you arrive. Bring your favourite shower slippers with you from home. And for your morning sports session, the pool is also open from 8:00 - 09:00.

When there is new snow, shovelling is my preferred work-out. You can keep me company if you like. In summer you will definitely find exceptional fitness equipment for your work-out in our roof garden. The surrounding mountains are also there for you to enjoy all kinds of activities.

Move throughout the hotel without any restrictions – how is nice is that. Barrier-free access to the hotel, spacious rooms on request, easily accessible toilets and easy-going wellness in the roof garden. I have even thought of a wheelchair lift into the pool. And should you need assistance elsewhere, just let me know.

As a kerii guest you have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast in our other hotel, Alpen-Karawanserai. To avail of this extensive buffet breakfast, just let the staff in Restaurant omii know that you would like to have breakfast in Alpen-Karawanserai. The hotel is diagonally opposite and breakfast is of course included in the room price. Breakfast times: 7:30 to 10:00

How about a drink in the afternoon, or a leisurely evening meal in Alpen-Karawanserai? We would be delighted if you visited us Café Oriental directly opposite. In Café Oriental we serve all meals in sharing-boxes. Each one unique, so you can dish up your meal the way you want to.

As a guest in the kerii you also have the chance to use the spacious wellness area in Amber Spa, in our other hotel Alpen-Karawanserai which is just opposite – free of charge of course.

Fitness: As a kerii guest you can use the fitness room in Alpen-Karawanserai too. It is on the ground floor in Alpen-Karawanserai. Go through the hotel’s main entrance, then take a left into the ski + bike room, and straight to the fitness room. Have fun working up a sweat.
