Hotel information – what you need to know about your holiday in Saalbach Hinterglemm

You can easily open the front and back doors with your room card. Simply hold the card up to the keypad and the door will open.

LEVEL 0, GROUND FLOOR:

Self-Check-In: The self-check-in terminal is located in the vestibule at the front entrance. For this you will need your reservation number, which we will send you via e-mail the day before you arrive. Should you lose your key card, you can print out a new one at the terminal.

Restaurant omii: We serve a variety-packed breakfast every day here. You are also very welcome to enjoy your dinner in the restaurant. More information can be found below.

Vinothek: Right next to the main entrance and the self-check-in you'll find the Vinothek, our honesty bar. Here you'll find drinks and other lovely goodies. Payment is easy via the on-screen payment option provided. We trust you. As a kerii guest you can also enjoy still water and soda from the tap, free of charge. Vinothek is open 24/7.

kerii GARDEN: Our indoor garden invites you to linger all day. During the day, it's your peaceful spot in the green, in the evening the kerii GARDEN transforms into a bar with fine drinks, warm lights and smooth beats. The omii staff will be happy to serve you. And when it's busy, you can help them by ordering via the QR code on your table. If Restaurant omii is not open, you can get yourself something to drink in the Vinothek.

Ski + Bike Room: Your room card also opens the doors to the Ski + Bike room. Incidentally, on the way there you will also find toilets – just saying... You have your own heated locker, which is numbered with your room number, and which you can open and close using your room card. We would ask you to use the side entrance via the glass doors if you have ski and bike equipment.

LITTLE NOTE: Your locker has the same number as your room. Please check before you open it – makes life easier for everyone.

LEVELS 1 + 2, ROOMS:

Rooms 01 to 17 are on our first floor, rooms 21 to 37 are on level 2. Additional guides for orientation can be found on each floor and in the lift.

LEVEL 3, ROOF GARDEN: POOL + SAUNA:

Our roof garden, with Finnish sauna, relaxation room and heated 15-metre outdoor pool is open for you from 16:00 to 20:30. Your bathing robe is already provided for you in your room when you arrive. For a morning sports session, the pool is also open from 08:00 to 09:00.

You can check-in at any time via self-check-in at the hotel entrance on level 0 – to do so, you need your reservation number, which we will have sent you by e-mail the day before you arrive. Your key card is active from 15:00 on the day you arrive and enables you to access all key areas in the building.

WE’VE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL RIGHT HERE

Upon departure, simply leave the key card back in the box at the terminal. Your card will remain active until 10:00 on the day you are due to depart. Should you lose your key card, you can have a new one issued at the terminal. .

Would you like a space in the underground car park where you can use the E-charging station at the same time? Just let us know before you are due to arrive, we will then add this to your room booking.

Your room has a fire alarm. When showering, please always switch on the bathroom light, otherwise the fire alarm may be triggered. The cost for emergency response from the fire brigade is 990 – which you certainly wouldn’t want to pay… what do you reckon?

There is a little broom in your room, complete with instructions for room cleaning. Hang this outside on the hook on the door by midday (12.00), and your room will be cleaned by my cleaning fairies. For stay of up to 2 nights your room will not automatically be cleaned, so you don’t need to do anything.

Ventilation not only ensures a really great room climate, it also saves energy and prevents mould formation. To do this, fully open the window for around 5 minutes and let in the fresh mountain air. After that, shut all the windows and doors again.

Between 08:00 and 10:00 the breakfast is set for you in Restaurant omii. You're also welcome to enjoy your breakfast in the kerii GARDEN, our greenhouse.

Welcome to Restaurant omii in Hinterglemm. Where your table is already set and meals taste like did when you were little. The omii staff will be happy to serve you. And when it's busy, you can help them by ordering via the QR code on your table. The rest takes care of itself. Payment is by card.

You can also easily order your food using the QR code in your room and eat there.

The dress code in Restaurant omii is casual, laid-back and just easy-going. Whatever takes your fancy.

However, if you are coming in winter straight from the piste, take a bit of time to freshen up. I prefer things to be nice. And no boots or ski equipment. Wouldn’t you agree?

Are you already relaxed and chilling out in the roof-top garden and have a thirst for a cool drink, a little snack, or maybe both? Make the most of our pool service: scan the QR code and use the omii app to order whatever your heart desires.

Want to go to the sauna, but it’s still cold? You will find a speedy solution for that too in the omii app or via the QR code under pool service at the bottom: ‘please switch on the sauna’. So what is there to do now? Not a thing. Lie back and wait for your wishes to be met.

A little drink to tide you over, goodies to take home – Our Vinothek (our honesty bar on the ground floor, next to the self-check-in) has everything your heart yearns for. Twenty-four seven. Not just to look at, but to buy too. Incidentally, there is also a little hotplate in your room to heat up meals.

The delicious treats in omii are also available to take-away. Simply order your favourite meal via the omii app, enter your preferred collection time and we will get everything ready for you.

You don’t need to give any thought about drinking the water throughout the hotel, even the mains water. You can also enjoy water and soda on tap in the Vinothek, our honesty bar on the ground floor. Free of charge of course, after all, drinking water is very good for you.

Dive in, perspire and relax. Our roof-top garden on level 3 with Finnish sauna (80°C), and heated 15 metre outdoor pool with 32 degrees (dont forget a pool is no Jakuzzi) is open for you from 16:00 to 20:30. Your bathing robe is already in your room for you when you arrive. Bring your favourite shower slippers with you from home. And for your morning sports session, the pool is also open from 8:00 - 09:00.

When there is new snow, shovelling is my preferred work-out. You can keep me company if you like. In summer you will definitely find exceptional fitness equipment for your work-out in our roof garden. The surrounding mountains are also there for you to enjoy all kinds of activities.

Move throughout the hotel without any restrictions – how is nice is that. Barrier-free access to the hotel, spacious rooms on request, easily accessible toilets and easy-going wellness in the roof garden. I have even thought of a wheelchair lift into the pool. And should you need assistance elsewhere, just let me know.

As a kerii guest you have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast in our other hotel, Alpen-Karawanserai. To avail of this extensive buffet breakfast, just let the staff in Restaurant omii know that you would like to have breakfast in Alpen-Karawanserai. The hotel is diagonally opposite and breakfast is of course included in the room price. Breakfast times: 7:30 to 10:00.
